Ingredients
Potatoes: I’m using Russet Potatoes for this recipe. They have a high starch content, which helps in achieving a crispy texture. But you can also use Yukon Gold or any other kind of potato that is available in your pantry.
Herbs: I’m only using cilantro; it brings a fresh and vibrant flavor to the dish. You can also use other types of herbs according to your taste.
Garlic: Mince garlic pieces work great for this recipe, so you must use garlic.
Spices: I only use red chili flakes, coriander powder, salt, and some green chilies.
Lemon Juice: Never skip this one. Lemon juice adds a zesty citrus flavor to the recipe and improves the overall flavor.
Hot Oil: In addition to frying potatoes, you will need a dash of oil to drizzle in the seasoning.

Some Pro Tips & Variations
-
Make sure to use slightly thick slices of potatoes, and always season with salt before frying. This will make the chips even more juicy and flavorful.
-
Once fried, transfer the chips to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
-
Red chili flakes and green chiles are two primary ingredients that give it a more fiery taste. If you can’t tolerate more heat, just reduce the amount.
-
Add Italian seasoning, garlic, chilies, and lemon juice. This will make the dish even more refreshing and delicious.
-
If you don’t like frying potatoes in oil, you can make this recipe healthier by using an air fryer.
-
Add some mix of pickles to the dressing to make the recipe more tangy, spicy, and flavorful.
