For the Chili: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pound ground turkey 1 medium onion diced 3 garlic cloves minced 1 bell pepper diced (red, green, or yellow) 1 can 15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can 15 ounces diced tomatoes with juice 1 can 8 ounces tomato sauce 1 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for heat 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper For Garnishes (Optional): Sour cream or Greek yogurt Shredded cheddar cheese Chopped fresh cilantro Sliced jalapeños Avocado slices Lime wedges
