1 package 36 cookies red velvet Oreo cookies 8 oz cream cheese softened 1 cup white chocolate chips 1 cup dark chocolate chips optional 1 tbsp vegetable oil optional Red velvet crumbs or sprinkles for garnish
Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Reserve some crumbs for garnish.
Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until a smooth dough forms.
Roll dough into 1-tbsp balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds. Add oil for a smoother coating, if desired.
Dip chilled truffles in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place on the baking sheet.
Garnish with reserved Oreo crumbs or sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
Refrigerate until set and serve chilled or at room temperature.
