Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 36 cookies red velvet Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil optional
  • Red velvet crumbs or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Reserve some crumbs for garnish.
  • Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until a smooth dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-tbsp balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
  • Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds. Add oil for a smoother coating, if desired.
  • Dip chilled truffles in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place on the baking sheet.
  • Garnish with reserved Oreo crumbs or sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  • Refrigerate until set and serve chilled or at room temperature.
