Ingredients
  

  • 4 cod fillets 6 oz each
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or olive oil.
  • In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat the cod fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and brush generously with the glaze.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cod flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • For a caramelized finish, broil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
