carrots
peeled and sliced diagonally

Instructions
Peel and slice carrots diagonally.
In a skillet, cook carrots with 2 tablespoons of water for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain excess water.
Add butter, honey, and brown sugar to the skillet. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Season with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
Toss cooked carrots in the glaze and cook for 3-4 minutes until coated.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
