This Garlic Butter chicken is extra juicy, tender, and flavorful. Bathed in garlic butter sauce with an extra flavor of lemon! This chicken recipe is one of my family's favorite dinners, and I often make it on weekend nights. It is quick, needs minimal effort, and has fewer ingredients.
First, apply cuts to the skinless and boneless chicken pieces. Now, pound the chicken with a meat mallet or rolling pin to flatten it evenly and tenderize it.
Season it with salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken pieces in all-purpose flour. Make sure to coat both sides perfectly for a nice golden texture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken breasts. Avoid moving the chicken for at least 5 to 7 minutes. Once the underside turns golden, flip it and fry the other side simultaneously. Keep the flame medium during this process.
Remove the oil and chicken from the skillet, or take another pan for ease. Melt the butter in it; add minced garlic pieces, chicken stock, flour, lemon juice, and oregano.
Then add the chicken pieces to the sauce, and let the chicken simmer gently in the sauce for a minute. Keep the flame lower during the process.
For a refreshing touch, close the lid and garnish with parsley, mint, or any other herbs.
