Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds (zeera)
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 300 g Ground beef (keema)
  • Salt
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 3 Green chilies
  • 3 Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and stir for a minute until fragrant. Then, mix in the garlic paste.
  • Add ground beef and stir well, frying for about 3 minutes. Mix thoroughly for even browning. Add salt, then cover with a lid for 2 minutes to lock in juices.
  • Stir in chopped onion and cook for 1 minute until softened.
  • Sprinkle in turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and chopped green chilies. Add a splash of water to help blend the spices.
  • Squeeze in juice from 3 lemons to enhance flavor and reduce any beef smell. Mix for another 1-2 minutes until combined.
  • Serve garnished with fresh cilantro, lime wedges, or thin slices of ginger for an extra zing!
