Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups assorted jelly beans
  • Extra jelly beans for garnish optional

Instructions

  • 1️⃣ Prepare the Pan:
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper with butter or non-stick spray.
  • 2️⃣ Make the Fudge Base:
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and unsalted butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate and butter are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • 3️⃣ Add Vanilla Extract:
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool slightly to prevent the jelly beans from melting.
  • 4️⃣ Incorporate the Jelly Beans:
  • Fold 1 ½ cups of jelly beans into the fudge mixture, gently stirring to distribute them evenly.
  • 5️⃣ Pour and Garnish:
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Press extra jelly beans into the top for decoration if desired.
  • 6️⃣ Chill to Set:
  • Refrigerate the fudge for 2-3 hours, or until it is firm and set.
  • 7️⃣ Cut and Serve:
  • Use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into small squares using a sharp knife. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
