  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg

  • Bunny-shaped cookie cutters

  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently.
  • Heat a griddle, grease it lightly, and pour small rounds of batter.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook another 1-2 minutes.
  • Use bunny-shaped cutters to cut out pancakes once cooled.
  • Serve with syrup, berries, or powdered sugar.
