Instructions
Wash and scrub the baby potatoes. Parboil in salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain and place potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite dips.
