Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps
These wraps are perfect for any time you need a healthy dinner or snack, and they come together in minutes!

- 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- ½ cup buffalo sauce or more for desired spice level
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8-10 large lettuce leaves romaine, iceberg, or butter lettuce work best
- Optional toppings: diced celery blue cheese crumbles, ranch or blue cheese dressing, chopped green onions, cilantro
Cook chicken breasts and shred them.
Mix buffalo sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss shredded chicken in the buffalo sauce.
Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
Spoon buffalo chicken into each lettuce leaf, adding optional toppings.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
