Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce or more for desired spice level
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8-10 large lettuce leaves romaine, iceberg, or butter lettuce work best
  • Optional toppings: diced celery blue cheese crumbles, ranch or blue cheese dressing, chopped green onions, cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken breasts and shred them.
  • Mix buffalo sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss shredded chicken in the buffalo sauce.
  • Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
  • Spoon buffalo chicken into each lettuce leaf, adding optional toppings.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
