1cupshredded mozzarella cheeseplus extra for topping
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1egglightly beaten
2tspgarlic powder
1tspItalian seasoning
2cupsmarinara sauce
Fresh basil leavesfor garnish

Instructions
Cook pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread 1 cup marinara sauce in a baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
