Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cucumber
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 minced clove garlic 
  • tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds for garnishing 

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and cut the cucumber into round pieces. 
  • Add salt for the taste and leave the bowl for 10 minutes. 
  • Extract the extra moisture for brown, and add all the salad ingredients except sesame seeds. Mix it well. 
  • Finally, garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
