  • 12 oz white chocolate milk chocolate, or dark chocolate (or mix)
  • ½ cup Valentine-themed sprinkles
  • ½ cup Valentine candies M&M’s, conversation hearts, or candy melts
  • Optional Toppings
  • Perfect for customizing your Valentine bark:
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Pretzel pieces
  • Freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Chopped nuts
  • Optional Drizzle
  • Melted contrasting chocolate dark over white or vice versa

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Pan
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Set aside all toppings so they’re ready to go—timing matters once chocolate is melted.
  • Melt the Chocolate
  • Chop chocolate into small pieces.
  • Melt using a microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, or use a double boiler.
  • Stir until completely smooth and glossy.
  • Spread the Chocolate
  • Pour melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet.
  • Use a spatula to spread into an even layer, about ¼-inch thick.
  • Add Valentine Toppings
  • Immediately sprinkle candies, sprinkles, and any extras over the melted chocolate.
  • Lightly press toppings down so they stick.
  • Drizzle (Optional)
  • Drizzle melted contrasting chocolate over the top for a decorative finish.
  • Chill & Set
  • Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until completely set.
  • Remove from fridge and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before breaking.
  • Break & Serve
  • Break into irregular bark pieces and serve—or package for gifting.
