For the Muffins: 1 ¾ cups 220g all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup 120ml vegetable oil or melted butter ¾ cup 150g granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup 120ml buttermilk or whole milk 1 cup 150g fresh strawberries, diced For the Cream Cheese Filling: 4 oz 113g cream cheese, softened 3 tablespoons powdered sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
