Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pink champagne or sparkling rosé
  • 8 oz white chocolate finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Pink food coloring optional
  • Edible glitter or powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Reduce the champagne in a saucepan until about 2 tablespoons remain. Cool completely.
  • Melt the white chocolate, butter, and heavy cream in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Stir in the reduced champagne and food coloring (if using). Mix well.
  • Chill the mixture for 1-2 hours until firm enough to handle.
  • Roll into balls and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  • Coat in powdered sugar, edible glitter, or drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy the luxurious flavor!
