Ingredients
  

  • For Crust:
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • For Cheesecake:
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red & blue gel food coloring
  • Optional: berries or sprinkles for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line pan with parchment.
  • Mix crust ingredients; press into pan. Bake 8–10 mins.
  • Beat cream cheese & sugar until smooth. Add eggs & vanilla.
  • Divide batter – color small portions red & blue.
  • Pour white batter over crust, dollop colors on top, swirl.
  • Bake 35–40 mins until set. Cool, then chill 3+ hours.
  • Slice, top with berries/sprinkles, and serve.
