Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups plain popped popcorn air-popped or store-bought
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pastel-colored candy-coated chocolate eggs like Mini Eggs or M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup pastel-colored sprinkles
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks optional
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable oil for melting chocolate

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Pop the popcorn – Start by preparing 8 cups of plain popcorn. Make sure it's unsalted and butter-free.
  • 2️⃣ Mix the toppings – In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, mini marshmallows, pastel candies, pretzel sticks (if using), and sprinkles. Toss to combine.
  • 3️⃣ Melt the chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of oil. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • 4️⃣ Drizzle and coat – Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn mix. Gently toss until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  • 5️⃣ Spread and cool – Spread the coated popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow it to set for 15-20 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge.
  • 6️⃣ Serve or store – Once the chocolate has hardened, break the mix into clusters. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
