Instructions
1️⃣ Pop the popcorn – Start by preparing 8 cups of plain popcorn. Make sure it's unsalted and butter-free.
2️⃣ Mix the toppings – In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, mini marshmallows, pastel candies, pretzel sticks (if using), and sprinkles. Toss to combine.
3️⃣ Melt the chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of oil. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
4️⃣ Drizzle and coat – Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn mix. Gently toss until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
