Make the Meat Sauce
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Add onion and cook until softened.
Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in marinara, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and parsley.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Keto Lasagna Layers
Choose one:
Zucchini:
Slice zucchini lengthwise into thin strips.
Pat dry to remove moisture.
Egg Crepes:
Blend eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
Cook thin crepes in a nonstick skillet and cut into strips.
Deli Chicken:
Use thin deli chicken slices as the lasagna “pasta.”
Assemble the Lasagna
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
Add your chosen “noodle” layer.
Spread a layer of cheese mixture.
Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
Top with mozzarella.
Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
