Make the Dough
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix almond flour, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add egg and melted butter.
Stir until a thick dough forms.
If dough seems dry, add 1 teaspoon water.
Roll Out the Dough
Place dough between two parchment sheets.
Roll very thin—this is key for getting truly crispy crackers.
Remove top parchment.
Cut Into Crackers
Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares.
Don’t separate the squares—bake as one sheet for even cooking.
Add seasonings or seeds if desired.
Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Watch closely—thin crackers brown quickly.
Let cool completely to harden.
Break & Serve
Break crackers apart along the cut lines.
