  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Make the Dough
  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix almond flour, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add egg and melted butter.
  • Stir until a thick dough forms.
  • If dough seems dry, add 1 teaspoon water.
  • Roll Out the Dough
  • Place dough between two parchment sheets.
  • Roll very thin—this is key for getting truly crispy crackers.
  • Remove top parchment.
  • Cut Into Crackers
  • Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares.
  • Don’t separate the squares—bake as one sheet for even cooking.
  • Add seasonings or seeds if desired.
  • Bake
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  • Watch closely—thin crackers brown quickly.
  • Let cool completely to harden.
  • Break & Serve
  • Break crackers apart along the cut lines.
