Make the Dough
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Add almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt to a bowl.
Stir in eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
Mix until a soft dough forms.
Chill the dough for 10 minutes for easier rolling.
Roll Out the Dough
Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
Roll into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
Add the Cinnamon Filling
Mix softened butter, cinnamon, and sweetener.
Spread evenly over the dough surface.
Roll & Slice
Carefully roll the dough into a log using the parchment to guide you.
Slice into 8–10 rolls using a sharp knife.
Bake
Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden.
Add the Glaze
Whisk cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla.
Drizzle over warm rolls and serve.
