Homemade Mozzarella Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter milk (pure)
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 liter water

Instructions
 

  • Heat fresh full-cream milk on low to medium flame until lukewarm. Stir with a spatula.
  • Add room-temperature vinegar to the milk, stirring gently in a clockwise motion until it curdles and forms blocks.
  • Gather the curd, drain the excess water, and shape it into a ball. Let it cool if too hot.
  • Take out the cheese in your hands and press it between your palms with full pressure. The cheese turns flexible and soft. Refrigerate it for 2 hours to finish.
