24 wonton wrappers 1 lb ground beef 1 packet taco seasoning 1/2 cup water 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded lettuce 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes diced 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped 1/4 cup black olives sliced (optional) Fresh cilantro for garnish optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer until thickened.
Fill each wonton cup with seasoned beef.
Top with shredded cheese, then add lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and olives.
Add sour cream and garnish with cilantro before serving.
