Ingredients
  

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and drain excess grease.
  • Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer until thickened.
  • Fill each wonton cup with seasoned beef.
  • Top with shredded cheese, then add lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and olives.
  • Add sour cream and garnish with cilantro before serving.
