Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate or candy melts for coating
  • Assorted pastel-colored icing or candy melts pink, blue, yellow, or green
  • Candy eyes
  • Pink sugar or sprinkles for bunny ears
  • Small candies or fondant for whiskers and noses

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  • Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and press it into an even layer.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then cut out bunny shapes using cookie cutters or mold into bunny heads and ears by hand.
  • Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Dip each bunny shape into the melted chocolate to coat, then place on parchment paper to set.
  • Use pastel-colored icing or candy melts to decorate bunny ears, whiskers, and noses. Attach candy eyes with icing and sprinkle pink sugar on the ears.
  • Let the decorated treats set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
