8 oz pasta fusilli, bowtie, or penne work best 8 oz crab meat fresh, canned, or imitation 1 large avocado diced 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped (plus more for garnish) 2 cups baby spinach or arugula optional 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup Salt and black pepper to taste Optional garnish: Lemon wedges or additional fresh dill
