Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts grilled or pan-seared
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

  • 12 ounces of pasta penne or bowtie works best
  • 1 tablespoon salt for boiling water

For the Caesar Sauce:

  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

For Garnishing:

  • 1 cup croutons store-bought or homemade
  • Fresh parsley or basil chopped
  • Extra parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Season and grill chicken until cooked through; slice into strips.
  • Cook pasta until al dente; drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  • Whisk together Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and garlic for the sauce.
  • Toss pasta in the sauce; add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  • Mix in grilled chicken slices, garnish with croutons, parsley, and parmesan, and serve immediately.
