Camping Quesadillas
These camping quesadillas are the ultimate easy outdoor meal—crispy tortillas filled with gooey melted cheese and flavorful fillings.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or blend
- 1 cup cooked chicken optional, shredded or diced
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers optional
- ¼ cup chopped onions optional
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle cheese evenly.
Add chicken and veggies if using, then top with more cheese.
Place another tortilla on top.
Heat a skillet over medium heat on a campfire or stove.
Add butter or oil, then cook quesadilla for 3–4 minutes until golden.
Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted.
Remove, rest briefly, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
