The Bun Kababs patties containing aloo tikka, some onions, lettuce, ketchup, and omelet are a favorite street food of every Pakistani. It's affordable, easy to make, and a tempting appetizer. It pairs well with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
First, boil the potatoes. Add water to a pot, sprinkle some salt, and add the potatoes. It may take 10 to 15 minutes to boil, depending on your flame and pot.
Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the onions until they turn light brown. Add all the spices and keep frying and crushing the potatoes with specula for 3 minutes. The crushed potato mixture is now ready for making patties; let it cool down for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Then, make patties with the minced potato medley.
Filling:
First, spread a beautiful and savory ketchup over the entire bun and gently place the Aloo Tikki over it. Sprinkle some cabbage, add cucumbers and omelet, and close the bun.
Brush the buns with thin oil and heat them on a non-stick skillet or tawa. Alternatively, you can also place the buns in the microwave if available.
