Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
  • Grill or pan-sear the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice or shred. Toss it in Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  • 2️⃣ Prepare the Vegetables:
  • Chop the romaine lettuce or mixed greens. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the celery, and shred the carrots. If using avocado, slice it just before assembling.
  • 3️⃣ Make the Dressing:
  • Whisk together ranch or blue cheese dressing, olive oil, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • 4️⃣ Assemble the Salad:
  • In a large bowl, layer the mixed greens, Buffalo chicken, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots, and avocado (if using). Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top.
  • 5️⃣ Add the Dressing:
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine, or leave it layered for presentation.
