  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Finely dice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers.
  • Dice the red onion, tomato, and jalapeño into small, even pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and jalapeño.
  • Add minced garlic and chopped cilantro.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
  • Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and cumin (if using).
  • Toss everything until evenly mixed.
